Billo pricing in 2026 with the cost per video, packs and add-ons
Billo charges per video from a prepaid balance, starting at $99 a video, and the price climbs with length, format, creator tier and add-ons. Here is what Billo publishes about its pricing, what a typical batch costs, how much of that reaches the creator, and when a marketplace where you set the payout works out better.
The short answer
Billo videos start at $99 each, according to Billo's own pricing guide from October 2026. You pay by buying a prepaid pack that loads money onto your Billo balance, larger packs add a bonus, and the balance stays valid for 12 months. Creator pay and platform fees are inside the video price. Optional CreativeOps costs from $149 a month and the managed service from $2,000 a month. The full per option price list is only visible after you create an account.
What Billo charges for a video in 2026
Billo moved its pricing behind sign up in 2026. The public pricing address now sends you to the business account form, and Billo's own guide says the full price list sits inside the platform because each video's cost depends on the brief. What Billo does publish is this.
| Item | What Billo says | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | $99 per video | Billo pricing guide, October 2026 |
| What moves the price | Video length, extra formats, Regular or Premium creator, number of creators, hooks, unique videos and variations | Billo pricing guide |
| How you pay | Prepaid pack loaded onto a Billo balance, bigger packs add a bonus | Billo pricing guide |
| Balance validity | 12 months from purchase | Billo pricing guide and pack policy |
| Included | Creator pay, platform and transaction fees, a raw video, two revisions within the brief, full usage rights after approval | Billo pricing guide |
| Not included | Your product, shipping it to the creator, any add-ons | Billo pricing guide |
| Complexity bonus | Suggested extra for a second person, a pet, cooking or on location filming, you decide the amount | Billo pricing guide |
| CreativeOps | From $149 a month, optional | Billo pricing guide |
| Managed service | From $2,000 a month, optional | Billo pricing guide |
Vendors change price lists often. If you buy UGC from several platforms, it pays to track when a vendor changes its price list instead of finding out at checkout.
Billo packs and the bonus on your balance
The last pack list Billo showed publicly, in 2025, had three sizes. Billo now describes packs only as a monetary value with a bonus on bigger ones, so treat these as a guide to how the bonus scales, not as today's offer.
| Pack | You paid | Added to balance | Effective discount | Billo's estimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $500 | $500 | None | Up to 5 videos |
| Essential | $1,000 | $1,125 | About 11% | Up to 11 videos |
| Professional | $2,500 | $2,950 | About 15% | Up to 30 videos |
Two things follow from the pack model. First, the money is committed before you see a single creator, although Billo offers a refund if you can't find the right creator. Second, balance you don't use within 12 months expires, so a big pack only saves money if you will really order that many videos in a year.
Billo add-ons that raise the price per video
The $99 figure is a basic raw video. Most brands running paid social add at least one of these, and each comes out of the same balance.
- Captions only editing, a second version with animated captions.
- Billo Expert editing, an ad cut for TikTok or Meta by Billo's in house team.
- Additional hooks, extra versions with a different opening.
- Unique videos, more videos from the same creator with a new script or angle.
- Additional crops in 1:1 and 4:5.
- A set of 4 photos from the creator.
- Extra raw footage, priced by the creator.
- Organic posting on the creator's TikTok or Instagram.
- Partnership Ads on Meta and Spark Ads on TikTok from the creator's handle.
Billo doesn't publish the price of each add-on outside the app. In practice a brief with a Premium creator, a longer script and two extra hooks costs a multiple of the starting price, so price the full brief inside Billo before you buy a pack.
What a batch of ten videos costs on Billo and on UgcBoard
Take ten 30 second product videos for Meta ads, each from a different creator. Billo's figures below use its published starting price and pack bonus, so the real Billo total will be higher once length and add-ons are priced.
| Billo, ten basic videos | UgcBoard at $100 per creator | UgcBoard at $170 per creator | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you spend | From $990 of balance, bought as a $1,000 pack | $1,177 campaign budget | $2,000 campaign budget |
| Platform fee | Inside the video price, not disclosed | $177, 15% inside the budget | $300, 15% inside the budget |
| Each creator receives | From $30 to $70 per Billo's creator guide | $100 | $170 |
| Usage rights | Full usage rights after approval | Written per hire, paid ads term of 3, 6 or 12 months | Same |
| Unused money | Balance expires after 12 months | Unfilled spots refunded, fee included | Same |
The honest read is simple. If you want the lowest price per raw file and are happy with Billo's creator pool, Billo's starting price is hard to beat. If you want to decide what each creator earns, attract creators who quote above menu rates, or avoid committing money to a balance that expires, a funded campaign on UgcBoard fits better. How to run your first batch without a prepaid pack
- Write the brief: product, deliverables, length, formats, hooks, usage rights, payout and deadlines. The UGC brief template covers every field.
- Post it for free and fund the campaign by ACH or wire. It goes live when the transfer posts.
- Pick creators from ranked applications, ship the product and add the tracking number.
- Review, ask for up to two revision rounds and approve. The payout goes out and your license starts.

Billo pricing questions
How much does Billo cost per video?
Billo videos start at $99 each. The price rises with video length, extra formats, Premium creators, the number of creators and add-ons such as hooks, unique videos, captions or expert editing. Billo shows the full total for your brief inside the app before you order.
Does Billo have a subscription?
No subscription is needed to order videos. You buy a prepaid pack that loads your Billo balance. CreativeOps, Billo's optional data and planning layer, is a subscription from $149 a month, and the managed service starts at $2,000 a month.
Does the Billo balance expire?
Yes. Funds on your Billo balance are valid for 12 months from the day you buy the pack. Billo's pack policy has said that unused funds after a year expire and are not refunded, so size the pack to what you will order within the year.
Is Billo free to use?
Creating a Billo account is free and you can browse creators. You pay for each video you order from your prepaid balance. There is no free video, and your product and its shipping are on top.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Billo?
For the lowest price per raw video, Billo's $99 starting price is already low. For brands that want to choose the payout per creator, avoid a balance that expires or get the license terms written per hire, UgcBoard charges one 15% fee inside each campaign you fund and nothing in months without one.
Does UgcBoard charge creators a fee?
No. The amount on the campaign card is what the creator receives in their US bank account after you approve the work.
