2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), role and name.
• Profile data for creators: portfolio, niches, platforms, rates and the details you choose to show.
• Verification data: results of identity and age verification. Identity documents are processed by our verification provider.
• Campaign data: briefs, applications, messages, deliverables, approvals and timestamps.
• Payment and payout data: handled by our payment and payout provider, including bank and tax details. We receive only what we need to run payouts and invoices.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited and the source of your visit, including campaign parameters in links.

3. Why we use your data

• To create and run your account and campaigns, which is necessary to provide the service.
• To verify age and identity and keep the platform safe.
• To process payments, payouts, invoices and tax reporting required by law.
• To send service emails, such as confirmation codes, campaign updates and reminders.
• To protect the service from spam and abuse, including limits and blocks on suspicious traffic.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We don't sell your personal data.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run UgcBoard, under agreements that limit how they use it:

• a hosting provider,
• a payment and payout provider,
• an identity and age verification provider,
• an email delivery provider.

Within a campaign, brands see the profiles and applications of creators who apply, and selected creators see the brief and the brand's name. We may disclose data when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is open. Campaign, payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under California law and the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or limit certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to make a request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

7. Emails

Service emails are part of using UgcBoard. Every non essential email has an unsubscribe link.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that keep you signed in and keep the site secure, and cookies that help us understand how the site is used.

9. Security

Connections are encrypted, access is limited by role, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.

10. Age

UgcBoard is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
