UgcBoard holds the money, writes the license and checks who is on the platform, so brands and creators can work together without knowing each other first.
Escrow on every campaign
Brands fund the full budget by bank transfer before a campaign goes live. The money stays in escrow until the work is approved or a rule returns it to the brand. Creators never film for a campaign that isn't funded.
A license with every hire
Each agreement is generated from the brief and records exactly what the brand may do with the content: organic use, paid ads with a set term, whitelisting and raw footage. The license becomes active when the creator is paid.
Verified adult creators
Every creator verifies their identity and confirms they are 18 or older before they can apply. UgcBoard does not work with minors and has no links to services for teenagers.
Automatic moderation
Briefs and profiles are checked by content filters. Banned categories, such as adult content, weapons, drugs, gambling where it is illegal and unproven health claims, are removed before they reach the board. Unusual cases are escalated for review.
Published rules
Late delivery, missing work, out of scope revisions, brands that never review and refunds all follow the same published rules.
Data and security
- Payment and bank details are handled by our payment and payout provider and never stored on our servers.
- Tax forms are collected by the payout provider.
- Connections are encrypted, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
- Teams get roles, so each person sees only what they need.
