Brand agreement
These standard terms apply to every campaign a brand runs on UgcBoard. The campaign details (deliverables, usage rights, deadlines, revision rounds and payout) come from your brief and are shown to each creator before they accept.

1. Funding and fee
1.1.You fund the full campaign budget by US bank transfer before the campaign goes live.
1.2.The budget includes the 15% platform fee. Each creator receives 85% of the budget per creator.
1.3.Funds stay in escrow until they are paid out for approved work or returned to you under the Campaign rules, fee included.
2. Your brief
2.1.Your brief is accurate, lawful and outside the banned categories.
2.2.You have the right to promote the product and to ask for the claims in the brief.
2.3.Required disclosures for paid endorsements are stated in the brief where they apply.
3. Shipping
For physical products, you ship within 7 days of the agreement and add the tracking number in the app. The creator's deadline counts from delivery.
4. Review and approval
4.1.You review each complete delivery within 5 days and approve it or request a revision that points to the brief.
4.2.If you don't respond within 5 days, the delivery is approved automatically.
4.3.You may request as many revision rounds as the campaign details allow, up to two.
4.4.Approval is final and starts the creator's payout.
5. License
5.1.When the payout for a spot starts, you receive the license set out in the campaign details: the channels, organic or paid use, the term, whitelisting and raw footage.
5.2.Use beyond the license, such as a longer paid term, needs a new agreement through UgcBoard.
5.3.You may edit deliverables for the licensed uses but may not present the creator as endorsing anything outside the brief.
6. Working with creators
6.1.Creators are independent contractors, not your employees.
6.2.You treat creators respectfully and communicate through the app.
6.3.You don't arrange paid UGC work with creators you met on UgcBoard off the platform to avoid escrow or the fee, as set out in the Terms.
7. Invoices
You receive an invoice for each funded campaign showing the budget and the platform fee. Agencies can receive a consolidated monthly invoice per client workspace.
